    Dead lift
    Flat Bench press
    Dumbbell rows
    dumbbell shoulder press
    Barbell Bicep curls
    Hammer curls
    Triceps push down



    Squat
    Incline Bench press
    Dumbbell rows
    Barbell shoulder press
    Dumbbell Bicep curls
    Triceps dumbbell over head
    Hammer curls

    Try to bulk a little and work on the arms what ya think any feed back welcome thanks.
