    Diet and exercise, but i'm not seeing much results

    On Training days (Monday and Friday) I have Oatibix Flakes in the morning, Chicken and veg at lunch and bread or similar after training.

    On Non Training days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) I have Oatibix Flakes in the morning, either Soup or Chicken salad at lunch and Chicken, Fish, Beef with Rice or Potatoes and veg for Dinner.

    I train with Kettlebells twice a week and try to get on the bike the weekend. Training with Kettlebells is 3 hrs per week.

    I get cookies every so often. I'm a light drinker.

    My height and weight is 5'7 and 16 stones
