Cooking classes in Dublin?

I'm really interested in taking up some cooking lessons... I usually just guesstimate with temperatures/times/ingredients but I'd actually like to know what i'm doing:P Does anyone know of anywhere in the south Dublin area or city centre that does lessons- reasonably priced? I'm also a coeliac, I don't imagine many places…
