Thermal paste for quad core processor

I have some silicone stuff here, but know it's only useful for older processors.
I'm buying from elara because it's the handiest for me. I'm getting the CPU there too, so it's saving on postage, and the only other option they have is the silicone stuff.

You can't go wrong with arctic silver it's more expensive but you know it's good stuff
