Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hardly - we still had Roy Hodgson at the time and he would have sent us down

Looking at the highlights Villa seemed to have as many good chances as Liverpool and had at least another 2 very good chances that they could possibly should have scored from.

There seemed to be a lot of wasted possession in good positions for Liverpool especially in the first 20 minutes and many of their chances were snatched at shots or shots from outside the area.

The Skertel penalty one could have gone either way. His shirt was pulled but he was also pushing Clark. In those kind of situations it can go either way and there couldn't have been many complaints if a peno was given. The other handball shout definitely hit the players chest and wasn't a peno.

I'd have no complaints tbh - ye clearly deserved the three points on the day.
