Whats the closest LUAS stop to the Arlington Hotel O'Connell bridge?
It's the Abbey St stop as someone said there. Come out of hotel, go left towards top of O'Connell St, cross O'Connell St, stop is just down Abbey St past Grand Central & Wynnes Hotel.

Abbey street is the closest but you never mentioned which Luas line.

The Luas Red Line stops at Abbey Street. But if you're looking for a Green Line stop, the starting point, St. Stephen's Green is the closest.
