I consider AoE3 a good game, took me a bit to get back into the style of play though.

Just took a look at my credit card bill.

You can trade steam games for food right?

    :o

I didn't see the "Click here for your Steam keys." I scrolled down to look through the games.

You didn't pay more than a dollar then. No steam keys for you.

How about Tomb Raider Underworld, is the single player good?

I played it on 360 and really enjoyed it. It's well worth it for €2.50.

And now, thanks to Steam, GOG and Amazon, I now have the complete Tomb Raider collection.

Hmmm, why did I do that again?

    Much cheaper here, http://www.amazon.com/Sega-Football-Manager-2013-Download/dp/B009IXNPL6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357250716&sr=8-1&keywords=football+manager+2013

Just add a US address to your amazon account, pick a state with no sales tax as well like New Hampshire.

I just got a scroll bar on my steam library! Am i cool now?

  • Registered Users Posts: 519 ✭✭✭CSSE09

    Cheers man!

Forgot to say after you buy it you can get the steam key,
    Taken from the first review
    1. When you first purchase the game on Amazon, if it prompts you to download it, decline. All you will need from Amazon is the Product Code generated when you purchase the game.
    2. I already had an existing Steam account, so if you don't, create one first and download the client software from their site. You will need a Steam account regardless of how you choose to install this product.
    3. Go to the "Your Games and Software Library" page of the "My Account" section in your Amazon account.
    4. Copy the "Product Code" listed under your game.
    5. Open up Steam, and click "Add a Game".
    6. Choose "Activate a Product on Steam".
    7. You will need to click though a couple of prompts, then will be asked for the Product Code. Paste the code your copied from Amazon in step 4.
    8. This game will then be added to your Steam Library, and you can download and play the game.

Dam you steam dam you, Just bought GTA 4 with expansions, far cry 1 & 2 the other day, Saints Row the Third before that :(.
I bought Far Cry 3 on amazon today. I still haven't touched Sim City 4 and metro 2033 from the last sale and barely played dead island (altought it kind of put me off haha) I have AC3 to finish and Dark Souls prepare to die edition to complete. Then there are a load of good games coming out in the next few months dam it. I think Ill ban myself from this steam sale

Think I've spent 25-30 thus far. Was happy to get Serious Sam 3, Walking Dead, KotOR and Hotline Miami at last and would have jumped at Borderlands 2 but I decided to hold off as I recently started another play through of it and have only 14 hours logged thus far.

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,775 ✭✭✭✭Gbear

Spent 30 quid and got the Dawn of War collection, Sim City 4 and Civ 5 GOTY + Gods and Kings.

Pretty efficient use of money. That's my gaming sorted for 2013 bar 1 or 2 new releases during the year.

Steam keys all round for me. Paid about dollar per game, 12 games (including Indie Movie) and a bit towards charity.

Just didn't see the big text saying CLICK HERE FOR STEAM KEYS!

    Hopefully my final tally

Secret of Monkey Island 2 sp. edition 2.50

    Assassins Creed 2 2.75
    Home .99

And gifted a friend a copy of Shadow of Chernobyl. 1.75

And got gifted Bad Rats

29.47, not bad. I initially said i wouldnt go over 20, but then after painkiller HD i bumped that to 30. So not bad, for the price of one older console game, i got 8 games :D

    The Walking Dead: 12.49 EUR
Dawn of War Franchise Pack: 9.99 EUR

14 or 15 games added so far for a grand total of €73.09. :D

In my defense, bar a handful of day one purchases last year, I hadn't really bought anything since the last Christmas sale :o.

    Borderlands 2|€0 (Gift)
    Hitman Absolution (Simply Games)|€16.48
    Walking Dead (Gamefly)|€13.15
    Max Payne (1 + 2) Bundle|€3.74
    Dead Island|€6.79
    Darksiders|€4.99
    Thief Collection |€6.74
    Assassins Creed 2|€3.74
    Assassins Creed Brother Hood|€4.99
    Limbo|€2.49
    The Witcher 2|€7.49
    FarCry 2|€2.49
    TOTAL|€73.09

Will add the original Hitman bundle if it comes up again as my old copies are long lost.

Also got Far Cry 3 and Sleeping Dogs packaged with an AMD graphics card just before Christmas so I looks like I should be all set for 2013. :)

Kind of hoping the walking dead comes down to €12 or so again.

Was looking at my steam collection last night. Looks like I bought the Hitman bundle without telling myself.

    Or maybe I just forgot.

Overall Christmas tally, off the top of my head:
    Hitman Bundle
Tomb raider collection(between Amazon, GOG and Steam)
    Riddick Athena/Butcher Bay (GOG)
    Max Payne Bundle
Half Life Episodes 1 and 2 (1 gifted to me, thanks again)

    Think that's it
