Steam Sales always start at 18.00 GMT. You will also know when they start because you can't access the store... :P

Yeah, it will show up grey on your library page after you buy it and just click "Install" when you want to download it.

Hah, my credit card just became maxed out. Takes a friggen age as well to transfer funds to it on AIB, money comes out of the account immediately then spends the next week in cyberspace before finally being applied as credit to the card under the same account. Grrrr.
