I have been a Meteor bill paying customer for some years now,i made a report to them on the signal coverage in my area over a year ago (mid 2011),i also sent them several e-mails.Nothing was ever resolved regarding these issues,i even consulted with Com Reg, who were helpful.My 3rd contract with Meteor is nearly at an end,and all i can say is that i am disappointed with the level of service i received,and furthermore my issue is still on-going....be careful
