    Any help with a sauce to accompany a cold Lobster Salad?

    Try a home made mayonnaise flavoured with tarragon and lime? Just make mayo as usual (I use the blender method), but instead of thinning it with lemon juice, use lime juice, and just stir in either finely chopped fresh tarragon, or maybe sorrel if you can find it.
