    Received this today, is it legitimate ? Sounds dodgy

    Does sound like a scam, but they are upgrading the mailboxes. mail2web is the prefered site refered by tech support, asking for your password twice is asking for trouble.

    Yes, it's a scam. Webs.com is a free hosing website on which anyone can set up a free site. You should report the url to them here: http://www.webs.com/report.htm so as they can take it down.
