Very best attic insulation

Looking at insulating my converted attic. What's the very best stuff to use, u value wise? I'm gonna insulate between the rafters, the low side walls and the floor and have the eaves cold to leave air circulate. I've been looking at xtratherm products as they seem to have the lowest u values I've seen.
