Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mynute 14e Gas boiler acting weirdly

In rented accomodation. There is a Mynute 14e gas boiler attached to a standard timer.

Twice in the last week the boiler has failed to turn on when set by the timer. Even when I set the timer to manually turn the boiler on, nothing happened. The only reason it came on was when I reset the boiler unit.

Doesn't seem to be a power or water pressure issue (water pressure is at 1).

The landlord doesn't know the last time the unit was serviced so I guess I'm asking two things:
    1) Any inking of why a boiler wouldn't start initially but would have no problem once the reset was hit?
    2) Can anyone recommend a reliable gas maintenance guy to undertake a full service in the D8/D12 area?

    Cheers,
    Quad
