Draw Knife - Where to get?

    I'm looking for a drawknife - they look like this

    I want to get it in a bricks and mortar, SE or Dublin suggestions please!

    OP I don't know the name of the shop but you know McQuillans in Capel Street? sort of across the road from it there is another street, at right angles to Capel Street. Go along there about 30 m and there is a shop on your left, they have possibly some of the best hand tools I have ever seen including Japanese chisels etc, I reckon they will have what you're looking for. Best of luck.

    McQuillin Tools on Capel Street....also in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre/Retail Park too.

    Aha, well there's a good recommendation then from two sources! I buy as much as I can in that shop, he doesn't seem to get a whole lot of business but there is the very best of 'tool porn' in there :)

    I gof sorted in Goughs, they have a selection of curved and straight blades.
    McQuillans only stocked one straight blade.

    Do you mind me asking what kind of money a drawknife will set me back in Goughs and what brand he stocks? Something I've been meaning to add to the arsenal for some time....
