    Hi,

    Hopefully someone can help.

    2 questions;

    1) I have a Samsung 9000 S1.
    Screen busted - can't navigate at all.
    Need to get contacts, photos and videos off it.
    Plugged into pc and connect to Samsung Kies.
    Now heres where the weird stuff happens. :confused:
    I had an app for TV listings.
    It had images of the tv shows.
    Now I can double click on a photo, and it opens the photo.
    But - when I transfer to my pc, it now has a random tv show image.....
    Does the same for videos.....
    So - the actual photos and videos are there when I double click and open, but when I transfer - its the tv show image!
    How can I fix this?

    2) Wife Samsung 9000 S1 also.
    NOT broken.
    Connect to Samsung Kies.
    It can't see the photos and videos (no problem with contacts)
    Any suggestions?
