So as suggested in the bike stolen thread I went for a New York lock. It's heavy and sturdy hopefully it will do as deterrent for bike thieves and scumbags. Is the Anti-Theft Protection valid for Ireland? I tried to register the lock in their website but only USA, Canada and UK are listed: has anybody registered their bike…

Is the Anti-Theft Protection valid for Ireland? I tried to register the lock in their website but only USA, Canada and UK are listed: has anybody registered their bike as UK? Would my bike be covered if stolen in Ireland? on the other hand: would my bike be covered if I travel to the UK and get stolen?
