No data connection in Belgium on emobile

Weird problem: no issue with data connection in any country I've been in except Belgium (ongoing issue). I can't get the 3G/G/E symbol indicating a data connection - it is nothing to do with blocking of data roaming or anything - all settings are good; just can't get the basic data connection. Perhaps a Meteor customer has any experience with data roaming in Belgium seeing as it's the same network?
