So, would anyone have any idea how to get by this restriction? Is it even possible? The Wi-Fi provider is 'Fleet Connect'.

There is but tbh I think if the rules are there they are there for a reason, as stated in the charter don't ask how to bypass firewalls/blocking systems so closed.
