Has anyone done the Flye Ryde classes in Flye Fitness? Can someone explain what exactly they are and how they compare to standard Spinning classes? Trying to decide whether to join the new Baggot Street gym as I love Spinning but find it difficult to get to my own gym in time after work. Thank you.
