I couldn't believe this when I heard it earlier!! Sean Fitzpatrick arrested by appointment? If it was anyone else we'd have the Gardai kicking down our door at 6 a.m.!! Is this how crooks like Fitzpatrick are going to be treated now?

in fairness he ain't a violent criminal and wouldn't this be common enough for people who help Gardai with investigations to show up with solicitor to be arrested.

Also what has this to do with christmass
