20"/22" tv: best price?

I'm looking for a tv of around this size for a bedroom wall. Bigger would be too big. Anybody know where I could get one at a good price? I'd prefer Sony but am open to other brands. Also, where would I get a tv wall bracket at the cheapest price? Thanks.
