    Had a problem with the internet yesterday , so a guy came out to the house looking at the situation. In the end he decided it was best he came back tomorrow (today) and in-formed him i would be here, but now somethings came up and i wont be here. Is there anyway i can contact him, to inform him?

    If you are not available to meet the technician today my best advice would be to contact technical support on 1890260260 to inform them of this and arrange another appointment.

    Hi al ,

    I tried technical support numerous times , they will not answer, my last call was 14 min and in the end in went to dial tone!
