UPC - new connection

Hi there Just got connected to UPC, broadband and phone. It was installed 2 days ago but the phones (gigaset) don't seem to be working. I have called their helpline which is useless. They keep saying I have to wait to be connected but 2 days seems ages! Anyone else had to wait this long? :( Thanks in advance.

Where have you plugged the phones in, did you install yourself or did they send a technician out?

If you have more than one handset, they need to be paired.
