    For Cork City and County folk, a nice one to burn off the Chrismas Dinner and a great cause too! :)
    The Annual Dick Copithorne 4 Mile Road Race, St. Stephen's Day, 12.00pm.
    Entry fee 10 euro of which 5 euro going to Bowel Cancer Treatment Fund at Cork University Hospital.


    Nice route with one small drag on the 3rd mile. Might see one or two of you there.
