Any suggestions for Christmas breakfast?

Alright, I've decided to wake up early this Christmas and make breakfast for the rest of the family. I was thinking of making pancakes(with maple syrup, of course.), bacon, sausages and eggs, just to have pretty much every type of breakfast covered. Any other suggestions to add to this? Also, has anyone got a good recipe…
