    Ps4 maybe out late next year optimistically. But id say 2014, 2015 latest. Even when its released it will take another year for 3rd party developers to get games out for it. Id say it's not too late to get the ps3 yet. I sound like a psn+ promoter but psn+ is an amazing service. Highly recommended.
    Just my opinion.

    The PS3 is definitely worth picking up.

    There is a massive PS+ thread, have a read of the last few pages.

    Locking this as PS4 is at least a year away, and quite possibly more.
