Turkey nearly done .......

Another 30 - 40 min's to brown and she's all done. To me Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without turkey . . . . . suppose it helps that I f€cking love turkey :D:D:D especially a nice clear broth/soup from the leftovers/carcase :D:D:D
