Santas just been and gone in our house for my brother and sister.

Done a horrible thing though and left one present under the tree for her and then left the rest in a different room. All a bit of fun considering it's the last year were gonna get from her considering her dad took the opportunity to tell her Santas actually her mammy. The brothers only a couple of months old so it's all getting really exciting waiting for the year he believes!!

We're saps when it comes to Santa in this house hahaha

In fairness OP, my kids presents look a bit miserable in comparison to what's under your tree. They didn't ask for much and got what they asked for, but still, feeling a bit guilty now:(

Not at all, I'm 29 and just glad to be able to be home this year with the parents/family. Couldn't tell you what I got when I was 8/9/10/11/12 but I remember we were all together.

First they came for the socialists...

Our Santa presents were never wrapped either, or almost never anyway. I always assumed it was the same in other houses.

Ah so now AH is like Facebook where there has to be photos up boasting about what 'Santa' brought or the 'best boyfriend in the world' bought. All 'blowing' as my Dad would say.

How can people show off if they wrap the presents?
They'll be wrapped after the pictures are taken.

Aww, I'm getting that santa buzz feeling now!

My little boy is only 18 months so has no clue what's going on. I have a few small Santa presents for him that we've put out but he won't really get it. I can't wait until he is older!

Oh and santy presents weren't wrapped in our house. Me and my bro had a couch each and the presents were in piles on them. Good times :)

Santa is about to touch down here I think. I'm so excited I feel sick. My little guy is only just two, so while he knows something exciting is happening, he doesn't really get it. I'm hoping he'll love all his gifts though and be delighted to wake up to them even if he doesn't understand who brought them.

Prepare for immense disappointment when he opens them and subsequently finds endless entertainment from an empty bottle of Coke.
