I got a present for my 13 year old daughter and i just turned it on their its fully charged and it has turned on before but now anytime i try to turn it on the green light flashes and the whole screen goes blank . I have tried the whole hold down the button for 15 - 20 secs thing ? Any other suggestions would be greatly…

It sounds like the battery is dead. Are you sure you turned it off properly when you last charged it. When turning it off you need to hold down the buttom for 10 seconds or it just goes into sleep mode
