    Honestly I'm not sure...

A Rotary multi-tool kit thing, that I don't really have a use for, but that isn't really a bad thing. And a magnifying lens desk lamp that I specifically said I didn't want before christmas...

Was hoping for something a bit more 'fun' tbh..... not tools.

I'm dependent on Christmas for my yearly supply of socks and underwear, this year didn't disappoint.

Other than that I got a bottle of Captain Morgan.

I know, but it would entertain me greatly to píss people off by mentioning how I got awesome stuff. ;)

I did actually just get a shít present from some relatives though. Same as last year, I was given a box of chocolates.

I'm fúcking allergic, and all the relatives know that.

Got my GF a Black & Decker Sander, and she loves it!

She's probably just manically smiling back at you with it as she's thinking of the damage she's goin to inflict on your car using it!!

You really should have just got her that perfume and creams she's been hinting about all year...

My brother got me a half slab of Bavaria and a six pack of Doritos (Chili Heatwave.) Last year I got him about €40 worth of craft beer from a specialist offy that stocked them before Tesco started to. If anyone else had put that kind of thought into a present there'd be murder, but it's just assumed that my brother is that special/jocular. I just thought Christmas was just meant to be more than a trip to Tesco's before you head to the field for gatin'.

In fairness though, I'll drink them all some night and eat the Doritos and be delighted with myself. :D

Bought presents for my older brother. Got a text on Christmas Eve night from him, thanks for all your lovely gifts! I said, you opened them already? Yes, he says. Oh, and sorry about your gifts - they never got posted.

It'll be the last time I ever send them anything. Merry Christmas!

asked her for clothes and adidas gazelle blue with the yellow stripes, we even looked at them in town a few weeks back, she ended up getting me k-swiss, same colour, i was disgusted but brought them back today then found the last pair of gazelles in dublin in the ilac for only €38, used the difference to treat myself to a nandos

Five years I've been off chocolate, by choice, and this is the first Christmas now when I haven't received a selection box, not that I was against it, I mean they were useful as munchies for my friends when they'd drop over to watch films.
Am I the only one who loves getting socks?

I enjoy getting them, they tide me over for another while.

Crap present this year has been a pack of fifty Tealight candles  . Though to be fair I'm rather surprised to have received anything from this particular relative; last year they told another relative that they'd pass the gift that that particular relative had bought for me on to me, which they did, only they lied and said it was from them

Good Presents: One box of Miller Bottles, two bottles of Southern Comfort, One bottle of Baileys, the aforementioned socks and a Ukelele (Awesome!).

    1st time poster on here:D:D

the OH's family do a secret santa and the amount is €20, I got a handbag organiser from penneys (€3) and a set of Paul Costello notecards (8) Bl**dy expensive notecards:eek:

Or basically they couldn't be ars** and got me really ****ty presents. The organiser is bigger than my only handbag and I never use notecards - sure who does!

On a positive note - I didn't receive any smellies or candles from anyone:D

A JML foot scrubber. In fairness I like practical and useful stuff, but this thing is shìt. It just doesn't, work.

No matter how much shower gel you pour into the "specially designed holes"

My brother got a present of Tabac deodorant/shower gel which he gave to me as he didn't like it.

    It soon became apparent why...

I tried it and was instantly reminded of the Sex Panther scene from Anchorman! 'Tis powerful stuff, stings the nostrils. I think that it's supposed to be a manly, old fashioned scent but it really is overwhelming, lasts for hours too.

I'll probably still use it every now and again though :P, albeit in small doses...

The worst present I got this year was a hot water bottle with a jumper thing on it. I just put it in the back of the cupboard unopened, maybe I can recycle it next year!

A lemon scented cotton pouch to scent drawers, cupboards etc.. was the worst I got.
