I'd put good money on that white Mondeo being an ex-Garda car at some stage.

I'm sure they had some 1.8s floating about too.

AGS have Mondeos from 1.8l up to 2.5l. There may be some 3l still knocking about

I'd not be worrying the Op as to whether they get a paper or credit card type licence tbh :P

Sounded like a joke to me, buddy.
No one can tell how you drive or how you're going to drive on the day from your posts. Good luck. :)

No but at the moment you've a lot to do to get your car roadworthy for the test give you've only three functional tyres, and no wheelbrace to get it off, so I'd be concentrating on that.

If you do pass, I'd consider when to apply for the full licence and what format it will take after that.

ah alright. thanks. Really feel dis-motivated and sure I will fail now :D
Sometimes I feel it's better not to tell anyone you are doing test, people keep saying you will fail (well people on forums) but that's the internet world I suppose :D

Just called my insurance, let them know of my 2 penalty points and that I got a license now.
For the laugh I asked how much would it cost to insure me for Audi A6 1.8, they said my policy expires in 5 months, and in order to continue driving on Audi A6 (even if I did buy it) they said I would just need to pay extra 500 right now and that's it, and for next year if I plan to re-new they said it will be around 900-1000 considering my 2 penalty points and full license.

Ofc I am not buying A6 it's bit steep I think.
