Stoke are a horrible team to watch but they are highly effective with their long ball & physical game. The thing is every team knows what they are gonna get when they visit stoke. The players have to be up for a war from the start. It looks like Liverpool are still in the dressing room

Arguably you should pick your best team and believe they can beat whoever, rather than chopping and changing to play their game. I imagine we expected to have enough possession to neutralise Stokes threat, sadly stupid mistakes or defensives weaknesses havef cost us, just like the villa game.
