About 5 or 6 months ago, I dropped my Lumia on a hard road while on a ladder. It cracked the bottom left of the screen slightly but everything was still working perfectly.

This morning I woke up to find the screen had turned green! Green is now the only colour that displays on the screen (dark and light green) no other colour. Would anyone know how this may of happened? It was fine when I put it on the table last night and surely the crack could not have caused it as it is only small and hasn't effected the phone for at least 6 months.
