Cheap lower spec PC's

I'm looking to get a few PC's as cheap as possible. Cases not absolutely necessary either. They just need more than a 1Ghz CPU and 512 Mgb of RAM. Hard drive can be anything down to 40GB. They need to run tiny XP. I just thought there might be somewhere to buy new(ish) parts for a lot cheaper as I don't need any fancy…

I just thought there might be somewhere to buy new(ish) parts for a lot cheaper as I don't need any fancy specs. I thought I found a site a few years ago that specialised in older outdated parts that worked out a lot cheaper and buying second hand is ok, but its hit and miss with older stuff.
