Touch site textarea issue

    Using Android 4.2.1 and standard browser, the cursor in the textarea when creating or replying to a thread is liable to jump out of place.

    It usually happens when you reposition the cursor with your finger (which is useless on android)

    You reposition, start to type new text only for the cursor to jump to a different position as your typing.

    I've tested this out with textareas on other sites but the issue only happens on touch.boards
