    Hi,

    I have a house in Letterkenny that I rent out. The tenants are moving out shortly and I am looking at using an agent. Any advice on who to use. PM's greatly appreciated as well.

    Hi Rafa,

    Like you I also have a house in Letterkenny that I was renting directly.

    My Tenants moved out at the beginning of November & as I did not want to manage the house anymore I needed a rental agent.

    I contacted all of the agents I could find in Letterkenny.

    I ended up going with Dermot Mc Gettigan, letting Agent

    The house was rented within 10 days & I was happy

    I have no contact whatsoever with this company - just a happy customer
