Hi, so our two new pups chewed a spot up on the floor and I'm looking for advice to sand and refinish the floor without having it be obvious or doing the entire room again. Any suggestions?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi Sterno
Get some pine and teak filler. Sand floor to bare wood. Sand approx 4” further out from damage area. Mix filler 4 parts pine to part teak and fill out indents. Leave to harden and sand flush with floor. To finish floor get small tin of teak varnish and the same of pine. Mix 6 parts pine to I part teak. Paint the filled area first and let dry. Then sand slightly with fine sand paper and apply a coat over the whole area. Sand lightly again and recoat. When dry the same again. Then apply a clear laquer over all. Job done. It will match in after a few weeks
