Man shot in Kilmeague

    Just read it on breaking news there that a 33 year old man was shot at 6am this morning. That's only down the road from my parents. Anyone know anything? Who he is?

    Word on the grapevine... House party turned to horseplay with a legally owned firearm.. rest is pretty obvious.

    RIP and sincere condolences to his family.

    Terrible tragedy.

    Rte have just confirmed there's a second person in hospital due to the same incident but injuries not life threatening plus gardai not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
