This week every year is always a big week for suspensions because it's the last day that a 5th yellow card will cost one. There are always a lot of players walking the tightrope. (After today the suspension point changes to 10 yellows). Expect a few to be missing for the next round of games.

David Luiz is down as 5 yellows so far - due to be suspended for the next game? I see he wasn't mentioned in the OP.

afaik he picked up another yellow in the league cup and has served a suspension already. loves his yellows, he does

Ah you're correct - for some reason the previous spot I looked up had 0 yellows down for the league cup. He has had 6 this season (5 league, 1 league cup) so far according to here:
