IOS Keyboard Shortcuts for Windows?

Can I use Apple IOS keyboard shortcuts on windows.??
is there anything similar?

I type keyboard shortcuts like "mb" and boom I get martinburke@XXX.XXX

This is not auto fill like your web browser as it works anywhere in the OS.

Sounds to me like a feature of your email client? Most on Windows will also pick up on email addresses you reply to regularly so should pick up the same way, Thunderbird for one does
