Bring sterling or Credit Card to UK?

Hey, Im travelling to UK for a few days and dont know weither to get sterling or bring the credit card? Does anyone know if there is much of a difference? Not much good with the Maths :confused:

It depends on how much you wish to spend. Any time I travel I find the convenience of using POS outweighs having to get cash here and take it with me. I think I spend more when it's in my pocket.

depends on who you back with. if your with Ulster bank no charge, not even a Transaction Fee when taking out money in uk in RBS natwest or UB. you will most likely get a worse rate off your credit card.
