I am going to document my Soda bread this weekend. I'll stick it up for you to delete and with any luck you can use it and stop somebody getting banned later down the line!

I've a few other dishes due in the next month that I can document too It's about time I contribute

I'm due up this week (25th), I will have a recipe to post, but it will probably be Saturday when I post it - if that's ok.

Similarly, I've actually got a few recipes photographed; just need to do the text. Would be happy to have them available as backups too when I eventually finish them off!

I'm due to post my contribution next Friday (1st November) but have been scheduled for a last minute overseas trip and I have to leave on Monday. Is there any chance someone can swap with me (I'll be back on 17th November) or else can someone take my place?

So sorry - my job is kind hectic at the moment and I can't get out of this trip.

I envy you. I want to contribute something to the forum as a way of giving something back, but every time I think of something, I realise I would be re-hashing something that's already here.

It's perfectly ok to do your own version of a dish that has already been done, just so long as it's not a carbon copy, and is sufficiently different.

Yeah I really want to sign up for next year but pretty much all the nice stuff I cook is robbed straight from here I'll come up with something though

I'm being a total back seat moderator here so feel free to wing the lid off your heaviest Le Creuset at me but, just in case my sherlock like theory is right, homemadecider might not see your post because she's not back till a couple of days after her new posting date and (based upon stalking her posts) when she's abroad with work she's off the grid a bit with internet access.

Greetings from Mozambique! I have internet access today so just saw this. I will actually be back on the 11th (plans change a lot in my line of work) so I can do the slot on the 15th.

PS Not to gloat or anything but it is 37 DEGREES AND I AM IN A TSHIRT.

I'm pretty much the same. I wait 10-15 mins for the pics to load (crap internet over here).

I probably wasn't that far from you, relatively speaking... I was in Chimoio is which looks about a day's drive from the Malawi border. Back in Maputo now though, unfortunately no time to come and see you! Will try to conjure up a trip to Malawi next year!
