Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone else do a screaming lap of their house in their Ravens jersey?!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,976 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Yeah I said in another thread that they had finally found a running game. What a time to get it going just as the playoffs are approaching.

Congrats to Paully and all the Ravens fans here, it was totally deserved.

    Absolutely ****ing numb.

Denver's year next year I'd say.
They need to look at drafting a S or CB first round, Bailey is 35 now and it showed in that game.

Fair play to ya Spiral, nice to see a poster showing a bit of class in defeat and good sportsmanship.

Yeah it's very reminiscent of when they picked up Ryan Grant in their Superbowl season a few years ago and suddenly had a dependable running game that makes the difference in the post-season

Move him to safety. But it doesn't matter what we do really, Manning has Favre's legacy in the postseason.

Wtf @ the sideline reporter cutting Ray Lewis's speech off. Gotta get back to your talking heads in the studio, eh?

Thanks mate, appreciate the kind words at a frustrating time. I would have been willing you to go all the way if it had been the other way around.

I think you mean James Stark. Grant was on IR after the first game of the season in 2010.

Yeah mistakes like that is what loses you play-off games. *sigh*

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,976 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

That is a huge swing in the game. Packers were starting to get firmly on top only for that error and the resultant touchdown. Niners offense was starting to struggle but they will be invigorated by that.

Right patriots do your job tomorrow and take them ravens back to Boston , that's the plan .

    terrible throw

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,976 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

I was just dumbfounded after that pick, to see Aaron Rodgers throw that bad is just so unusual.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,717 ✭✭✭polaris68

Very rare to see a QB called for taunting.

Finding it hard to get into this one after earlier, I think I'm mentally shattered :pac:

Perhaps Rodgers is trying a bit too hard due to the whole draft thing thus making decisions he wouldn't usually make?

Hell I'm a packers fan and I feel on slight emotional downer after that.

Stupid mistakes that we have committed re not helping.

6tds and its not even HT!!!
But same as... I blew my load I the ravens game, are we gonna meet the Pats again !

I must be the only one here who didn't get caught up emotionally in that game. I just don't like the Ravens ever since their inception(the way Cleveland lost its team) and I don't like the Broncos after the way they treated Tebow. It just didn't matter to me who won, well to an extent it did because if we win tomorrow(or tonight actually) then we have home field advantage in the AFCCG. Still I just couldn't care less which of them won and I was just kind of numb watching it.

seems odd that you watched it at all if that's the case.

indeed, that puts him at 107 rushing yards for the game.

Some 1st half stats for Kaepernick: 148 yards passing, 107 yards rushing, 2 TD passes, and one pick-six!

He's no Alex Smith, that's for sure.
