Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That sweet American Idol money must be why Brian Billick decided not to go back to coaching.

Thats the Matt Ryan we normally see in the playoffs right there.

Bad pass from Matt Ryan so crucial drive now from the 'hawks. I wonder would Pete Caroll still want to go for it on the early fourth down attempt

He just lowered himself in my estimation. No need for that, its not just disrespectful its trailer park trash type of stuff.

    Choke coming on here..

Brilliant from Turbin, makes a crucial block and then breaks open for the reception and a great run after the catch. And boom baby, game on now. Zach Miller so easy.

Turbin has some serious moves, he's made a few mistakes but him and Lynch will be an absolutely awesome 1-2 for years to come.

Wilson is fast becoming a franchise QB.

Well well well. 27-21 and if they had taken the FG it would be 27-24.

Wow, now that's a drive. Easy. Atlanta better score this drive.

    Abraham a serious loss.

Looks like this game got a whole lot more interesting. I was sure it was done.

Now lets see which Matt Ryan finishes the game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,366 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Atlanta better hold on to the ball for a bit.

Yeah, give the ball to Rodgers/Turner and try and get things settled down again. Commit to the ground game and try and move the ball. Seattle has suddenly put a blanket over the Falcons in terms of coverage

Atlanta coming unstuck! I wonder how conservative they will go now they are protecting a 1 score lead and the previous int from Ryan?

This game has become Carroll Vs Smith. And right now Carroll has the upper hand. Smith being out coached right now and the more this game goes on and the more Smith keeps losing any control its going to end badly for him.

Choke city! And they havent been able to stop the seahawks in a long while

I blame the coaching. Smith is putting way too much pressure on his team with horrendously unnecessary plays.

Could see atlanta with a late FG winner actually

Yeah, great adjustments from Seattle in the second half. Top drawer stuff from them and they have really shut down the Falcons. In the first half we saw Atlanta having so many weapons (White, Jones, TG and a running back) that they always had someone for Ryan to get the ball out to and Seattle simply had no answers. In the second half they've come out and gotten pressure in Ryan's face as well as their secondary playing really well. Add to that the fact that Wilson is playing like he did at the end of the year and they are superb right now

A stop here and things are very very interesting.

  • Registered Users Posts: 109 ✭✭J. Football

There we go, run the football. 6.5 yards per carry and they throw three times in a row last drive. Go back to what works.

And get back into your box now please Mr Smith! Great stand from Seattle there so hopefully we can get a good drive from Wilson now and a great finish to the match. Impossible not to be impressed by Wilson once again tonight. His second half has been top notch

Thats right I forgot you were a Seahawks fan or are you? :D And Wilson is amazing. Loved him in Wisconsin and I'm delighted he is getting it done in the Pros. Very smart kid and has all the necessary ingredients to do great things.

That speculative punt J Football had earlier looking much better than the 11/1 odd that it was !!

Falcons choking badly can they pull out one stop ?

    Ridiculous composure.

Edit: Was talking about Wilson, but you would be mistaken for thinking I was listing things the Falcons lack. 12 men? lol
