Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ridley was knocked out there with a helmet clash I think.

I think any game without a turnover is seriously dull.

Talk about curse of the commentator! Patriot killer strikes again. I thought the Pats got it but apparently no.

    That is horrible :(

Was he down when the ball came out? the ball hit his knee and came out when he was on the ground, need to see a replay.

All in All hope he is ok tho

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,384 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

That was pretty unlucky for the Pats. Helmet clash KO's the guy so he fumbles it.

A TD here and it's gonna take some comeback by Brady.

Really disagree with the fact you can go helmet to helmet to a RB/FB

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

I don't think it came out until after his ass went down but I reckon it stands.

    Ouch. Some hit from Pollard

As a coach that is something I fear most. I hope Ridley is ok. Watching him go limp my heart stopped.

Would say he started to lose possession on impact tbh. That was a sickening hit.

    Confirmed!

At least Ridley looks ok on the sideline!

Well since its common for a RB to put his head down its inevitable that there will be helmet-to-helmet contact.

TD here and this one is over.

He dipped his head into the impact, TBF.

    Game over!

Dangerous as all hell sending Ridley back in.

I know, I know...just some of the hits are vicious and worse than a defenseless receiver!

Im so sick of coming up short in the playoffs because of the defence

Its actually heartbreaking, Talib goes out of the game and I said it at the time, we were ****ed. Ridiculous

That could well be game for the Ravens.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

Still not game over with Tom Brady, but you have to imagine they need a TD on this coming drive.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,172 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

    Way too easy!

    another great TD

Holy **** we might actually do this. A stop here would be fantastic.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,966 ✭✭✭Syferus

I think we can just about call this one.

No way he'd be independently cleared to go back in after that!

Absolutely. But can you imagine the nightmare if they disallowed it?

If it happened to Ray Rice I doubt you would have said it. ;) Might have still felt that way though obviously, was only joking.

I've been really impressed with Flacco today. He's doing a great job.

Losing Talib was huge in this game. He ties the whole Patriots secondary together. Without him they look like last year's Patriots secondary.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,172 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

Oh I know, essentially be glorified flag football then! :P

Not a ****ing chance, unfortunately. Two score game with that much time left and Brady as the opposing QB. This is far from over.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,746 ✭✭✭taidghbaby

This is some second half performance from the Ravens!

Brady's rarely this far behind with 10 mins to go. Will be interesting.

Flacco is going to be getting a LOT of money because of this and the last performances.

Ah right, no figured you were joking just didn't know from what angle, it's awful to see no matter who it is really!
