FM 12-New York Comsos Kits and Logos

Anyone got a link to a download that gives you these files. I'm trying to get a Cosmos game going, have all the structures of the club done out, but can't find logos or kits anywhere? I know they exist because I think I got them ages ago, but it might have been FM11
