bb3 plus other channels acting up

this has being doin me nut in for quite some time now i notice this on certain channels specially bbc3 i get every so often a signal loss error message blue screen ya know the one... it comes on while watchin family guy of all things :-/ happens on other stations higher up the list nick jr and so on little fella goes nut's…

i notice this on certain channels specially bbc3 i get every so often a signal loss error message blue screen ya know the one... it comes on while watchin family guy of all things :-/ happens on other stations higher up the list nick jr and so on little fella goes nut's while watching it it goes off and on again intermittent and annoying anyone got idea's

using a upc hd box standard one at that
