BOI visa card and paypal

hey guys i have a BOI visa card and im trying to put it on paypal but it wont let me it keeps saying the bank doesnt allow this card has any one else had this problem and they ye have any idea what i can do thanks

Using mine without any problem.
Ring Bank of Ireland and check your card isn't blocked or something.

It's possible it could be something to do with 3D secure, where you setup a password online.
