Having problem to log into my profile...

    Hey,

    I'm experiencing issues to log into my profile in the last couple of days. Every time I switch on the console and hit login under my gamer accont the following message appears:

    "A problem occured while signing in. Please try again." ...:mad:

    Swithced console on and off to try again...didn't help. Took HDD off to see does it make any difference, but it didn't...

    Can anyone give me some advice, please how to get this thing sorted? Thanks a lot in advance, I would really appreciate some help here.
