Got Gas bill but not an Electric Ireland customer

    Hi

    I have received a Gas bill from Electric Ireland but I'm not your customer as the transfert from Airtricity was cancelled .

    I'm trying to call your customer care but have been on hold for 30 mins now
    Could a rep help out here ?

    Sorry you're experiencing such a lengthy telephone delay - busy time for the phones so I will happily deal with your query by private message once you are the person on the gas bill.
    If you could private message me the account number on the bill and the name/address in full on the bill, as well as your date of birth, I will investigate.
